Conditions of Sale
- Hand made garments and fabrics present with intrinsic slubs and other irregularities. The Raj Collection will not entertain refunds or exchanges due to the afore mentioned.
- Certain high valued products are extremely delicate in nature and need to handled with great care. The Raj Collection will not entertain any requests for refunds or exchanges once these products leave the store as all risks and rewards transfer to the buyer.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of purchase
- Products must have the tag attached and be accompanied by the relevant Sale Slip.
- Garments must not be worn, washed, damaged or soiled.
